Information You Submit
Names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search form go to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not save a separate server copy of those queries. A direct message contains only the details you choose to send, and we use them to answer you.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting systems create ordinary logs containing an IP address, browser type, visit time, and requested pages. Aggregated log data helps diagnose faults and show which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic audience analytics and advertising measurement where used.
How the Data Is Used
These limited records support site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor assemble individual user profiles.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links may lead to government portals, Kings County and California offices, libraries, or outside search services. Information entered after leaving this service is controlled by the destination's privacy terms. Sponsored results likewise come from an outside company with its own practices.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us, while analytics or advertising providers may receive the automatic data noted above. We may disclose information when valid legal process compels it. Visitor data is not otherwise shared.
Security and Retention
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Logs are kept only for as long as the stated operational purposes require. Since users do not create accounts, this service holds no user password or account profile.
People Under Age 18
The service is for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor may have sent such information so it can be removed.
California Privacy Choices
California residents may have access, correction, and deletion rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, Civil Code section 1798.100 and following. The Delete Act also establishes DROP for deletion requests to registered data brokers under Civil Code section 1798.99.86. Because we retain little data, a request usually involves checking contact messages and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Records held by Lemoore, Kings County, or California offices remain under each custodian's control.
Policy Revisions
A revised policy will replace this version on the same page. Continued use after publication indicates acceptance of the new terms.
